Reporting to the President and CEO this individual will play a key role in and managing the office of the CEO and the supporting staff. This candidate will also manage all aspects of three separate Boards; Scheduling and developing content for quarterly board meetings Managing all Board logistics Maintaining Board meeting agendas, minutes, and meeting notes Developing CEO s presentation materials Developing any video content requested by CEO Managing special guests Supporting CEO related to other Boards, including coordination, scheduling, maintaining documentation, correspondence and development of presentations Once acclimated, this individual will be expected to make decisions on detailed matters to free up the CEO and change and manage his schedule to accomplish his priorities. Required Skills Extremely organized Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to every detail. Proactive thinker-reviews upcoming activities and anticipates solutions Connecting the dots across the enterprise Multi-tasking ability and Five to ten years (plus) experience in supporting a CEO. Excellent writing and editing skills-ability to draft signature ready documents for CEO. Proficient Word, Excel, and very strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. While typically a 9 to 5 position, the role and responsibility and personal work style of the CEO is very dynamic. This individual will be expected to support the CEO and occasionally be available as needed, both outside of the traditional work day and on weekends.
