Responsibilities:
Real Estate, Probate, Litigation Law Firm - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs - Organize and maintain legal files and documents - Schedule appointments and meetings - Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients and other parties involved in the legal process - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal agreements - Perform data entry tasks to update case information and maintain accurate records Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal - Strong writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents - Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and principles - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Familiarity with file management systems and document organization - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for law and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
