Build relationships with our new and existing customers, provide insight, and answer questions, creating ultimate brand loyalty and customer retention during in-person meetings Utilize top-notch negotiation skills throughout the sales process, when needed, and upsell when applicable Support the sales team to help close any sales opportunities with new customers while bolstering revenue Educate oneself and become the expert in clients' products and services to better inform customers of their features and benefits Ensure customer satisfaction is met to the highest level with each interaction Work with the rest of the entry-level Client Service Trainee team Qualifications and Experience we look for in Client Relations Associate:
Bachelor's Degree in communications or related field preferred A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required 1
