Responsibilities:
Be a role model in providing awesome customer service Recruit, hire and onboard as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels Manage weekly scheduling of all staff Supervise, train and assist Sales Associates in customer service, store operations and sales Empower and motivate Sales Associates by developing bonus and incentive plans, setting personal goals and providing individual coaching Implement franchise-wide promotions and events and develop store-specific promotions, events and opportunities for growth Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers Visually merchandise and rotate stock to maximize sales Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times Job Type:
