Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation Skills:
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments - Ability to work well within a team - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required - Bartending experience is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in the restaurant industry.
