Job Task Overseeing construction and repairs of the facility Troubleshooting issues with lightening, HVAC systems, and plumbing Complying with health and safety regulations and removing waste from facilities Handling emergency requests for cleaning and maintenance services General repairs and housekeeping Communicate with direct supervisor Assist the Maintenance Director with task assigned Maintenance skills to succeed in this role includes:
Problem solving Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional interpersonal and people skills Ability to interpret maintenance instructions, manuals, safety rules, and other documents.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
