The ideal candidate will have spent the past 5
years analyzing complex business problems to be solved with custom-built software by leveraging their educational and applied work experience.
SPECIFIC PROJECT RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads requirements sessions to understand and document complex business needs, often eliciting hidden requirements and/or clarifying vague or unclear requirements.
Applies analysis of business processes and user needs to formulate and define project scope and objectives.
Analyzes business operations and processes to understand strengths and weaknesses and support identification of opportunities for automation.
Provides recommendations to users on appropriate solutions, along with guidance concerning the business implications of application development.
Drives option analysis for key functional choices for business and technology stakeholders.
Develops requirements specifications according to project lifecycle methodologies.
Creates workflow diagrams to capture current and future state business and technology processes.
Manage solution scope, changes to requirements, and requirements conflicts.
Review test plans and test scripts against requirements for completeness and accuracy.

Skilled at facilitating communication across multiple business units in order to elicit clear and accurate needs of all stakeholders.
Demonstrated drive for learning the business - gathering sufficient high level knowledge of business operations to be accepted as a trusted advisor.
Demonstrated ability to identify realistic, relevant solutions to business needs; demonstrates practicality and reasonableness in arriving at viable solution alternatives.

About You
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5
years of business analysis experience in large enterprise organizations.
Completion of at least two projects larger than 5MM each.
Highly analytical thinker who can resolve problems and negotiate solutions that balance user needs.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
Strong self-management skills, including the ability to manage time and workload against priorities and objectives.
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic, and exciting environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
