We are world's 2nd largest software testing company. We specialize in Software Testing, we are looking to add an HR Genralist & recruiter to our team in Fairfield, CT
What will this role entail ?
End to End recruitment process - gathering the requirement, sourcing the candidates, conducting HR interviews, scheduling Technical interviews, following up with candidates, closing the positions.
HR - helping with employees in CT region only, conducting reviews, handling grievances, responsible to handle employee issues, hire & fire.
Skills or experience -
Must have some technical recruiting background OR some knowledge of the software industry.
Experience with several job portals - monster, dice, careerbuilder etc
Using an ATS - experience with some kind of ATS - resumator or similar
Recruited entry level all the way to Sr personnel.
Familiar with giving out tests & conducting on phone interviews
Should know basics of EEOC laws & state labor laws
Must be technology savvy.
Should have very good written & conversational communication skills.
Must have an attitude to wear multiple hats - take initiatives.
Experience with conducting performance reviews
Handling employee grievances.
Any SHRM certification would be an added value.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
